Are you 16 to 24 years old and looking to start a career in Customer Accounts?

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working young person to train with us for 3 years in our Customer Accounts Department here at Kingdom Housing Association.

Our Customer Accounts team deal with all aspects of our tenant’s accounts including the recording of income and the management of arrears.

This is a customer focused role so you will work alongside the existing Customer Accounts Team to provide excellent customer service and support to our tenants. You will work to gain knowledge in debt recovery and tenancy sustainment as well as recording financial transactions.

You’ll train through a mixture of work-based and college-based learning, gaining qualifications and valuable work experience in the field. Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent job with us at the end of the traineeship, we think you’ll be in a great position to take the next step in your career.

You will ideally study towards and gain a qualification in both Accounts and Housing over the three year period.

To be considered for this traineeship, your 24th birthday must be after 30 September 2018 and you must already hold or be studying towards and achieve a minimum of two Highers at Grade C or above, including Higher English.
