Project Details
The project was developed on a greenfield site located on the east side of Leven, with views to the picturesque Largo Law.
The 10 mid market rent units were the affordable element of a larger mixed tenure site developed by Campion Homes, providing 90 new homes for private sale.
The affordable housing element of the project was taken forward in partnership with Kingdom to accommodate the AHP requirement.
The new affordable energy efficient homes comply with Housing for Varying Needs, Secured by Design, KHA’s Design Standards and the Building Control’s Silver Sustainability Standard Specification.
The completed affordable homes are owned by Kingdom Housing Association but leased to Kingdom Initiatives who manage and let the properties on a Short Assured Tenancy basis. Kingdom Initiatives is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association.
The mid market rent specification includes floor coverings, window blinds and an A rated electric hob and oven.
