Susan's role within the Kingdom Group is to manage the 3 operational areas, Asset Management, Development and Housing to ensure each area is delivering according to the corporate plan and to identify areas where efficiencies and improvements can be made. Susan also leads our Customer Service team and ensures high standards of service are delivered to all customers.
Prior to working for Kingdom Susan was a practising solicitor who specialised in social housing law and advised Housing Associations, Local Authorities and various funding providers. Susan also worked with the Scottish Government and provided training for the Social Housing Regulator.
Susan has an LLB(Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Legal Practice. She is also a Notary Public.
