Stuart is a Senior Manager within Scottish Enterprise, with a focus on development and delivery of a range of programmes and projects. Stuart holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Construction Law and has extensive experience of managing the development and implementation of a wide range of projects in the UK and Internationally. Stuart provides strategic and collaborative direction in addition to technical knowledge, and has a strong interest in regeneration and sustainability.
