Matthew has a BA(hons) in Business, a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Matthew has worked in Housing Management since 2003.
As Director of Housing, Matthew has a strategic role within the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the operational management and development of Housing Services including access to housing, income management, our customer contact team, tenancy support services and customer engagement.
