I bring a strong mix of skills to the table including experience in constitutional partnerships, highly developed compliance expertise and a solid network across the sector including the Scottish Housing Regulator. I’ve also held senior interim management roles which have given me a broad perspective and a practical understanding of what it takes to lead through change.
One of the things I’m proudest of is contributing sectoral knowledge and context to the organisation. It’s rewarding to be part of something that’s growing and evolving and I’m committed to helping that growth to continue over the next few years.
Not many people realise that over the last 20 years, I’ve probably worked for or sat on the governing bodies of more Scottish RSLs than anyone else currently active in the sector.
