Laura holds a Degree in English Literature and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Laura has worked in HR for 30 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of strategic and operational HR and change management across a number of global manufacturing, commercial and educational organisations.
Laura has been recognised throughout her career for her ability to connect with people. Laura thrives on spotting and nurturing talent, coaching people managers to achieve fantastic results through their teams and taking an innovative approach to building capability and employee engagement.
