Ian's background has been within the IT and digital environment for the past 19 years, with the majority of that time spent working in Local Government on the island of Jersey.

He has a CMI diploma in management, and has been working for the largest social housing provider in Jersey (Andium Homes) for the past 6 years as Head of Information Services and more recently in the role of Head of Digital Transformation.

Ian's core focus and passion over the years has been IT strategy, IT programme delivery and process improvement with the key outcome always on delivering better services to clients.

He has many years of practical experience of on-boarding and utilising cloud technologies as well as having a good oversight and understanding of managing and mitigating cyber security risks that are becoming more prevalent in today’s digital world.

Ian is a keen sportsman and still enjoys playing football, cricket and golf, when time allows, and the body holds up!
