Freya Lees

KHA Board member since November 2013 - member of the Senior Management Remuneration and Succession Planning Sub Committee and member of the Policies Sub Committee. Freya is an independent housing consultant and Director of North Star Consulting & Research, where she has worked with various Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities, the Scottish Government, voluntary organisations and developers. Freya has an MSc in Research in the Built Environment and has extensive experience of housing market analysis, policy and strategy development, performance review, governance and regulation.
Freya was appointed Joint Vice Chair of KHA in October 2021.
