Charles is a board member of Kingdom Housing Association and is a practising Advocate (lawyer) at the Scottish Bar with a broad and busy practice. He acts for both individual and commercial clients. In his practice, he has experience representing vulnerable individuals in housing, public law, debt and employment cases. From this he brings a good understanding of those who are vulnerable, in debt, homeless, at risk of homelessness, or facing other crises. He has a wide range of experience from various situations that arise such as eviction actions, local authority homelessness judicial reviews, anti-social behaviour summary applications, etc. Charles is supportive of KHA’s work and that of other RSLs.
