Blair works for Tesco Business Services as L&D Manager, based in Dundee and is accountable for all learning and development across Tesco Customer Engagement Centres (CECs)/Helpdesks in UK and ROI. Blair leads the Teams responsible for designing, developing, delivering and evaluating innovative learning solutions that support colleagues to reach their full potential and improve operational metrics.
Prior to this role, Blair was an Audit Manager with Tesco Internal Audit function for 9 years responsible for leading a Team of Compliance Auditors to conduct Retail and Distribution Compliance Audits for all UK/ROI. Formats focused on stock and finance internal controls, loss prevention policies and data integrity and working with retail and distribution teams to reduce risks through coaching, supporting and ensuring understanding of process requirements.
Blair has over 30 years Management experience. He qualified as Assoc CIPD in 2021 and is also a qualified Insights Discovery Practitioner providing Business with solutions around teamwork, employee engagement, leadership development and change management.
