Customer Scrutiny Panel

Our Customer Scrutiny Panel plays a key role in influencing decisions made across the organisation. It’s a diverse group of people who give up their time to have a positive impact across all of our communities.
The work done by the Customer Scrutiny Panel is varied and interesting and ranges from large-scale projects to simple one-off tasks. The panel has recently finished reviewing our Energy Efficiency measures and has sent their report to the board.
