We would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers who completed our recent survey on rents, affordability and service priorities. We have received responses from over 1,000 households across Fife, Perth and Kinross, Clackmannanshire and Falkirk.
As well as helping us to understand more about the impact that the rises to the cost of living have had, feedback from the survey has shown that respondents feel that the following 5 service areas should be considered priorities for the year ahead:
- keeping rents as low as possible
- repairs and maintenance
- property upgrades
- tenancy support
- anti-social behaviour management.
This feedback will be used to help make important decisions and identify ways to improve the services that we offer you. Watch out for more information about how this is being used throughout the year!
