We have contracted Knowledge Partnership to carry out our satisfaction surveys this year.  They will be contacting you in the next few weeks.  Letters and emails, with the survey, will be sent out for you to complete and return.  We would prefer if you could do this by post or email but if you would like to do this over the phone then you can call Knowledge Partnership direct.  Knowledge Partnership has a dedicated phone line for you to call if you have any queries.  Their number is 0800 169 9376.

By completing the survey, you will help us gather feedback on our services and you will be helping us monitor customer satisfaction.  This will help us to know what we are doing well and also help us to make improvements.

As part of our 40th Anniversary this year, we will be holding a prize draw (10 prizes of £40 High Street Vouchers), drawn randomly from the competed surveys.
