The Rent Consultation 2024 and Affordability Surveys for all Kingdom Housing Association tenants are now live. Your participation in this process is important as it allows you to influence the rent levels that will be applied from April 2024.

Kingdom Initiative’s customers will also receive an affordability survey that will help us set the rent levels which will apply to them from August 2024.

A link to these surveys has been sent by email or text message and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 7th February 2024.

Consultation information:
In addition to this, we are hosting in-person and online sessions with members of staff on the following dates. You will be provided with more information about these sessions in the survey.

Glenrothes office – Monday 5th February from 6.30pm to 7.30pm
Virtual Google Meet session – Saturday 3rd February from 10.30am to 12pm
