Property Inspections

Kingdom Housing has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to carry out property inspections on a cross section of our properties. This is an important exercise for Kingdom’s internal purposes.  We wish to assure you that it has no bearing on you specifically or your home if your home is selected for inspection.

Each surveyor employed by JLL on our behalf will carry a photo identification card stating their name and that they work for JLL.  Each surveyor will also carry a Letter of Authority produced on Kingdom headed paper signed by the Director of Finance & IT, Nick Pollard.

The inspections will take place during January and February 2016.

These are visual inspections only and should take no more than 10 minutes each.  They are non intrusive inspections so they will not be poking, prodding or testing your home.

We would be very grateful if you could allow JLL surveyors access to your home if and when they call and if it is convenient for you.
