Pre Planning Consultation Event
Kingdom Housing Association has been developing proposals for the third and final phase of housing at the former High Flats site.
The development site is the vacant land that surrounds the play park. The working name for this phase of housing is Devilla.
We are now offering any interested parties the opportunity to view and comment on our plans.
The consultation event will be held at 6 Kincairne Street, which is one of the properties currently under construction and due to finish just before the event. The event offers an opportunity to the see the progress achieved by the current construction project and a chance to view one of our completed Mid Market Rent properties. There will not be an opportunity to view any other properties.
Where: 6 Kincairne Street, Kincardine.
When: Tuesday 9th December 2014 between 3-7pm
