From Thursday 9th December our offices will be closed to the public until further notice.
As cases of the Omicron variant of covid-19 are increasing, the First Minister has indicated that people should be allowed to work from home where possible. Despite ruling out further lockdown restrictions, the First Minister restated the importance of following the existing protection measures and working from home arrangements.
Based on the Government advice, we have taken the decision to close our offices to the public to protect our customers, employees and families.
Although our offices are closed, we will continue to provide all services to our customers including repairs, maintenance, tenancy support services, housing allocations and other housing services as well as customer services through the different available channels.
