0141 766 3333 (Gas Call) – gas heating repairs (West Fife, Glenrothes, Kinglassie, Clackmannanshire, and Falkirk)
0330 202 0444 (Saltire Facilities Management) – gas heating repairs (East Fife, Burntisland, Kinghorn, Thornton, Freuchie, Falkland)
For Perth & Kinross Tenants

0141 766 3333 – (Gas Call) gas heating repairs (Auchterarder, Fairfield Estate, Canal Street, Rutherford Court and Muirton)
0330 2020444 – (Saltire Facilities Management) gas heating repairs (Perth & Kinross all other areas)
Please note that this class of repair is intended to deal with genuine emergencies which are likely to cause property damage, injury, or death. An Emergency Repair is any situation where:
- works are required to make a property safe.
- there is a safety risk to the tenant or other members of the public.
- there is a risk of property damage
