Keeping the areas around your home well-maintained is as important to us as it is to you. We call that grounds maintenance and it covers lots of things, from making sure the grass is cut to trimming hedges and removing litter.
We believe that the best way to deliver a high-quality, efficient and customer-focussed grounds maintenance service that meets our exacting One Kingdom Standard is to do it ourselves.
Soon you’ll start to see our new Grounds Maintenance team working where you live. They’ll provide a year-round service starting with a busy Spring schedule including the first grass cut, major clearance around shrubs, cutting back winter growth and doing a full cleanup after the winter months.
Having a dedicated Grounds Maintenance team as part of our staff means we have full control over the quality of service we provide to you. It gives us full accountability should anything not go as planned, and the power to put things right immediately. Our new colleagues are also able to support our rapid response as part of our disaster recovery plans.
