During the coronavirus pandemic, we understand that you may have some concerns about allowing us access to your property.

Even during the current outbreak, we have a legal responsibility to carry out gas servicing and when carrying out this work your safety, the safety of your loved ones and the safety of our people are of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we follow all official Government health advice when undertaking the work.

Our Gas Servicing contractors screen each property before entering and take appropriate precautions with PPE including wearing gloves and masks and using hand sanitiser where necessary. They will also clean the areas to be worked upon before they start and after they finish and maintain appropriate social distancing at all times.
