We have now allocated all our Social Housing Fuel Support Fund payments to customers and are no longer able to provide energy debt write-off grants or payment from this grant.
Our Energy Advice service will continue to assist any of our customers who would like help to improve home energy efficiency, reduce bills or improve their financial well-being. The service includes applying for grants from other sources such as Energy Suppliers.
