Costs are rising for everyone at the moment and we all know that money is tight. If you need some financial support, our Financial Assistance Fund can help.

The Financial Assistance Fund is available to Kingdom Housing Association tenants and Kingdom Initiative tenants and is aimed at providing short-term financial assistance to those experiencing critical/emergency financial hardship.

The grants awarded from the fund can be used to help with the cost of food, utility or other household bills and children or baby clothes and accessories.  

Are there any restrictions?     

• Only one application per household.
