Board of Management

We have an ambitious business plan and objectives to further develop our services.

The existing Board have a wide range of skills and experience and they are keen to recruit a tenant as an additional member of the Board. All Board members are unpaid volunteers.

If you share our objectives, support the range of activities we deliver and have a passion for excellent customer services, you may be interested in becoming a Board member. Board meetings are held monthly on a Monday evening.

As a Board member you must be able to apply a strategic perspective and Board members should be able to demonstrate the ability to consider the wider interests of  tenants and Kingdom as a business, rather than issues that may be specific to the area you live in.

In addition to being a Kingdom tenant, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience or interests, in some of the following areas;

  • Customer Services
  • Housing Development
  • Finance & IT
  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • Marketing and Communications
  • Community Initiatives

Further details on the role of Board members will be provided, along with an application pack, after the closing date, to all tenants who register their interest.
