Our Annual Report on the Charter gives customers information on our performance in key areas of work over the 12-month period from April 2022 to March 2023.

It lets you know how we are meeting the standards of the Scottish Social Housing Charter and how we compare to the average of all Scottish social landlords.

In the Report, we’ve used a tick to show an improvement in our performance against last year, a cross to show a decline on last year, and a dash to indicate a similar performance to the year before.

It was another challenging year as we continued to live with the cost of living crisis. However, we’ve displayed high levels of performance and improvements in many areas.

As always, there are areas that we want to improve on and we will be sharing these with you throughout the year.
