Swipe cards can be used free of charge at any Post Office or PAYpoint outlet in the UK. If you have a swipe card, you can use it in the following ways:

Telephone

You can pay by debit or credit card within normal office hours by calling our Customer Service Team.  You may find it more convenient, however to call Allpay on 0870 243 6040 as this facility is available 24/7.

Internet

You can also pay by swipe card via the internet at www.allpayments.net.

Mobile

If you prefer, you can download the allpay app for compatible mobile devices.

If you would prefer to use any of the methods described above to pay your rent but do not have a swipe card, please contact our Customer Contact Team
