Customer Relations Panel

In March 2008 we established our Customer Relations Panel to replace the Residents Advisory Group. The Panel consists of over 400 of our residents who have agreed to give us feedback on the services that we provide. Each year we agree which services we are going to review and we use Research Resource, an independent research company, to obtain feedback on our behalf.

The research company uses a variety of methods to obtain the views of our residents and some of the methods used to date are postal questionnaires, focus groups, telephone and face to face surveys. Each method takes up very little of the panel members' time and, because there are so many people on the panel, we are able to spread the workload to limit the time commitment of panel members.

We have already received feedback on various areas, the most recent being landscaping and stair cleaning and our tenants handbook. Research Resource have also recently completed a large scale customer satisfaction survey, conducting face to face interviews with over 400 of our residents. Results of these surveys, and more, are detailed in a newsletter produced by the reseach company and this will be circulated to all of our residents. Publications
