Development

The Investment Programme for Fife has now been announced by the Scottish Government and this will allow us, as part of the Fife Alliance to start on site with 135 new homes, it will also allow us to complete our ongoing contracts for over 300 new homes, most of which will be finished during the year. The planned completions are on sites throughout Fife , including Inverkeithing, Newburgh , Glenrothes, Dunfermline , Cowdenbeath, Cairneyhill, Dysart, Leven and Crail. The largest development to start this year will be the partnership redevelopment project with Fife Council, where the council are demolishing the high flats in Kincardine. 

The Alliance is a partnership between ourselves and the other three Fife based housing associations, Fife , Glen and Ore Valley ; as the current preferred developer of the Scottish Government and Fife Council for grant funded affordable housing we have secured over £115m in funding for Fife 's housing investment programme, providing more than 1000 new homes.
