Non Emergency Repairs

If you would like to report a non emergency repair please either:
  • call our Customer Contact Team or your Gas Heating Contractor during office hours (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 9am-5pm, Tue 10am-5pm).

  • Your Account – You can now report and monitor the progress of your repair though our new self service portal for Kingdom Tenants, click on the ‘My Kingdom’ tab at the top of the screen for more information.
Please note that if your repair is an Emergency please follow the instructions given for Emergency Repairs.
When you report a repair, you will be advised of the category the repair falls into, which determines the timescale for the completion of the repair.  Where possible, we will arrange an appointment with you for someone to carry out your repair.  This will be on a specific date and will be either an AM or a PM appointment.
Urgent Repairs: are works which are not classed as emergencies but which would cause a high degree of inconvenience to the tenant, but where there is no immediate threat to health or the security of the property.  We aim to respond to Urgent Repairs within 3 working days.
Routine Repairs: are works identified as not being urgent and not causing any immediate danger to the tenant or the public.  We aim to respond to Routine Repairs within 10 working days for normal routine repairs and within 20 working days for less urgent routine repairs or for non urgent external works.
