Our Show Home opening times are detailed below, 13th July will be the last date the show home will be open to the public.  You may however contact our Sales Team to discuss booking an appointment for during our normal working hours which are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The remaining Show Home dates/time will be regularly reviewed and any changes updated here on our website and on our social media outlets:

The Properties

  • The Dewar – 2 bed semi detached house – from £105,000
  • The Wylie – 3 bed semi detached house – from £120,000

Who Can Purchase These Properties?

Purchasers must fall in to one of the following priority groups:

  • You are unable to obtain a Social Rented Property via a Local Authority or Housing Association, or
  • You are a first time buyer, or
  • You have family or work connections in the area, or
  • You are a local resident living in rented accommodation due to the lack of opportunities locally to purchase a home.

Please note that we may not be able to sell a property to you if you have a link to either Kingdom Housing Association or Kingdom Initiatives.  If you are not sure if this applies to you, please contact us to discuss further.

There will also be factoring charge applied on this development, this is for the maintenance of all common areas.  We expect this to be in the region of £120 p/a.

What Happens Next

If you have read all the available information and have decided that you would like to go ahead and reserve a property then click on the button below

You will be taken to a short form for you to complete some details about you and the plot you would like to reserve.  Once submitted, we will check that you meet the priority criteria and whether your preferred plot is still available. We will then let you know whether you have been successful in provisionally reserving your new home pending payment of your £500 deposit. We would then expect you to be in a position to conclude missives within 28 days of the formal offer being issued.
