The Fraser Avenue masterplan identifies space for new shop units at the junction of Fraser Avenue and Hillend Road (top of Fraser Avenue).
The general principles for the location and site layout for the new shop units at Fraser Avenue, Inverkeithing were established during the pre-planning community consultation workshops and subsequently enshrined in the Planning Permission in Principle Approval for the masterplan for the wider estate regeneration granted on 28 April 2016. The provision of new shop units is a condition attached to this approval.
A community consultation event was held on 25 September 2017 to get feedback and comments from the local community in advance of the detailed planning application submission.
