Kingdom Housing Association is working closely with Police Scotland to beat crime and stay safe.
Kingdom staff are attending a series of community safety events organised by the Police at their Glenrothes HQ.
At the most recent event Area Community Safety Officer PC Fraser Laird was on hand to offer advice on a wide rage of crime-related matters.
Kingdom’s Health and Safety Officer Dave Roy, who is also a member of the Central Fife Crime Prevention Panel, said : “This is the third session we’ve rolled out and this is a great opportunity for Police Scotland and the Crime Prevention Panel to put the safety message across to our Kingdom staff. The Kingdom staff were given advice and tips on personal safety which included using public transport, how to avoid internet security scams and how to spot ATM machines which are fitted with skimmer devices. We also offered a full range of personal safety alarms.”
